Duplicate filename or file not found
because parsing that out:
Duplicate filename = “The file exists”
file not found=”The file doesn’t exist”.

It always amused me to get an error message that meant “the file exists or it doesn’t.”

(It makes sense in context: this was an error from the MS-DOS file-renaming command, and it just means “either there is already a file with the name you are trying to change this file to, or the filename you are trying to change doesn’t exist”, but I’m easily amused.)
